All our wood cuts are made and cut in-house using our laser machine. We use high-quality maple wood made right from North Carolina. We only use 1/4" thick wood for letters. This makes them stronger and less likely to break in shipping. We choose not to use Birch wood, which you will find in the Arts and Crafts stores. Birch is thinner and less sturdy of the woods.
Our wood words are available in a variety of sizes from 3" up to 10" in length. These can be easily painted and added to a variety of crafting projects. As these are cut with a laser, darken edges are a normal part of the cutting process. Just choose your word and size in the drop down menu.
